Hello and Happy Fall,
The Wounded Warriors Amputee Football Team (WWAFT) is a non-profit organization that hosts flag football games across the country. WWAFT team is comprised of amputee veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. They play flag football games against NFL Alumni. This year, the WWAFT is hosting a game on Veterans Day, which is Saturday, Nov 11 at Xaverian Brothers High School.
This should be a great day to honor those that have sacrificed so much. And a lot of fun seeing New England Patriots Alumni.
If you are interested in attending, please stop by the Recreation Office for your free adult tickets while they last.
